Project Overview
Foodaism is a digital publication at the intersection of food, culture, and travel, created by food critic and writer Rob Eshman. While the content was rich with narrative and culinary insight, the site’s performance on search engines didn’t reflect the quality of the work.

I collaborated with Rob to breathe new life into the website through strategic content optimization. The goal: to improve user experience, boost keyword rankings, and increase organic traffic.

Through a combination of technical cleanup, and on-page optimization, and proper content structuring, Foodaism experienced measurable growth across key metrics like organic traffic, domain authority, and subscriptions. I also added clear, conversion-focused conclusions that led readers to subscribe to the newsletter.

In just one month, I doubled organic traffic and rank positions, and that success expanded, gaining AI visibility and zero-click search visibility by 20%. By the 9-month mark, Foodaism had gained 1810.51% more traffic and had grown newsletter subscriptions by 200%.
